Comfort Suites Ocala North, Ocala

The hotel rooms are quite spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, although they might need a little updating. The outside lights were too bright at night, and some rooms had a lingering smoke smell. The service was helpful, pleasant, efficient upon arrival, but the staff member seemed a bit flustered. The location was convenient for work purposes and close to desired activities in Ocala, though it was in a sketchy area. The breakfast had plenty of options and was better than most similar hotels

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and great for the money compared to other similar hotels, but unfortunately, they had a strong urine and cigarette smoke odor that made me switch rooms. The service from the staff, on the other hand, was exceptional, going above and beyond to be helpful in every way.

The hotel rooms were clean and nicely decorated, offering spacious accommodations; however, a strong perfumed scent in the rooms caused an allergic reaction for my husband. The service was friendly overall, but check-in was delayed, and there were issues with removing charges. The location was convenient for our plans, close to attractions and dining options. The dining experience had a broad selection, but some items like biscuits and gravy needed improvement. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
